Cancellation policy
Bookings are considered confirmed as scheduled unless notified otherwise. Cancellations allowed at least 24 hours prior to booking times with no charge. Bookings may be rescheduled with no charges applied from inclement weather conditions. Failure to cancel within the time period results in a 25% service fee.
